Day#9- Today I am grateful for sleep.
Most people require 8 hours of sleep. I think that I require about 15. However, I only get in about 4 to 6. I am one of those wanna be early birds who is really a complete night owl in disguise. I have great desires to get to bed at an early hour. However, the lull of time to myself and things that must be done, gnaw at me every night starting at about 10:00.
Tonight is different. I am exhausted and have a long day ahead of me. I am grateful that I can go to sleep….. early…. for a change.
